These terms govern use of PugaQR Generator, operated by Puga Digital Technologies. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. They are not a consumer-law filing and do not replace any rights you already have under applicable law.
The service
PugaQR Generator lets you generate and scan QR codes, keep a private history, and optionally purchase a Weekly or Monthly plan through Paystack. One free generation is included with a new account. Scanning is free.
Your content
You are responsible for the payloads you encode. Do not generate or scan content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to use. Sensitive payloads remain your responsibility to share carefully.
Plans and payments
Paid access is fulfilled only after server-side verification of a Paystack payment or a valid pass code. Offline use cannot create a subscription, payment, extra credits, or pass activation. Prices shown in the app are the prices charged at checkout.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details safe. You may delete your account from Account settings. See the Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
Availability
We aim to keep PugaQR Generator reliable but do not promise uninterrupted access, and we may change features as the product evolves.
